Mamamoo's Solar has returned with her second mini album after 2 years. This album [COLOURS] captures Solar's diverse charm through 6 songs across various genres with the keyword 'color (COLOUR)'.

Furthermore, the album name carries the meaning of encouraging the many 'ours' living in the same era to find their inherent colors (OURS) such as individuality, charm, identity, and values, and to create a harmonious and colorful world by respecting each other's colors.

Through this album, I aim to deeply reflect on and respect 'diversity', portraying the emotions and values that a more mature artist Solar perceives in the world.

The title track 'But I' is a song that combines R&B and Rock genres, where one does not get tired of those who hurt them and takes revenge refreshingly. ‘Colors’ is a house genre song that reflects the diversity of people in the world, just like various colors. We all have different personalities and appearances. Even if we receive attention for being different from most people, I believe it's just a difference and not wrong. Every person deserves respect, and we should be loved regardless of how we look. This song is meant to instill confidence in those individuals.

It is also the song that allowed me to challenge the dance genre of voguing for the first time, making it a very challenging song for me.
At first, I was afraid of the newness, but I was able to overcome it quickly while thinking about the lyrics. I hope we all face new things boldly without fear.

While singing ‘Empty’, I feel like I receive a lot of comfort. I hope fans listening to this song also receive a lot of comfort and empathy.

There is a saying that eating cold porridge is easy, right? I used that saying ironically in the introduction, saying that today was tough, but I made it through as if it was nothing, and I tried to make it fun.
I wanted to convey words that, while not flashy, can provide calm comfort to many who are enduring tough days yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

I think this might be the most charismatic song that is also the most true to myself in this album.
