SHIPPING PROCESS
The average processing time is approximately 3 to 10 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. Some orders can take between 5-10 business days to process. Note: For orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

SHIPPING TIME
For express shipping, deliveries usually take between 3 to 10 days for most orders. However, shipping times also depend on what you purchased or where you live, and can be affected by different factors such as customs or delayed shipping. After you receive your tracking number, please allow 1 to 3 days for the tracking to be updated. If there is no update after 3 days, please contact us and we will conduct an investigation immediately.

We use Fedex for shipping services. The shipping cost will follow the pricing policy of the chosen courier. Please select your preferred courier during checkout, and the applicable shipping cost will be displayed accordingly.

MERGE ORDERS IN ONE SHIPMENT
Please note that your orders can be merged (combined) into one shipment (possibly multiple packages) to accelerate the shipping process. If you do not wish your orders to be merged into one shipment, please leave a note at checkout.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Please note that due to the increased risk of damage for big and heavy packages, we may divide a shipment into separate packages if required. The customs authority processes and examines a shipment based on the commercial invoice. Separating an order into multiple packages does not mean that the number of shipments increases. It is still considered one shipment, even if it consists of multiple packages, which means it does not affect the customs-related process or fee.

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, we'll update you with a tracking number. A link to the tracking page will be supplied through the shipment email. Please note that the tracking to certain countries only updates upon arrival within the country. So don't worry if you are having trouble tracking your items. Don't hesitate to contact us if the standard shipping times have passed.

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
Customs duties are taxes charged on imported goods, which means the buyer (importer) is responsible for them. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur custom fees when they arrive in your country. If you incur any import duties, you need to pay the import duty charges to receive the parcel. If you do not accept (refuse) the parcel or are unavailable to receive it for any reason and it is returned, we have to pay the import duty to your country as well as in our country once the parcel returns, along with the return shipping charge. We adjust the total duties and shipping charges incurred against the amount paid by you and share the balance with you. Please note that you will not be entitled to a refund if there is no remaining balance after the fees are deducted.

HOLIDAY SEASONS
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
