Refund policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS POLICY

Return Requirements:

  • Return requests must be made within the first 10 days after delivery.
  • Returns must be approved by Our Store before shipment.
  • Returned items must be in original condition and include all original parts and packaging.
  • Returns should be sent prepaid if the reason for returning is not due to damaged (defective) merchandise. (Exchanges will be made after the original product is returned and inspected.)
  • No return shipping fee will be charged to the customer for any return request, including customer errors.

For DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, or MISSING MERCHANDISE:

  • Contact us immediately after you receive the parcel. (Claims can only be accepted within 10 days after delivery.)
  • Do not discard the package (outer box), bubble wraps, and packing slip as they will be required for the investigation.
  • For quantity issues of products or packages (e.g., missing items), contact us with UNBOXING VIDEO PROOF. Other formats (e.g., pictures) will not be accepted.

How to Return:

  • To make a return request, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason. Once approved, we will provide you with our returns address.
  • For issues or corrections to shipping information, please email us at hello@kikit.it.
  • No return shipping fee will be applied, regardless of the reason for return.

After Return:

Once your return is received, we will inspect and process your refund. We will either accept or reject your return and email you our decision.

  • FULL REFUND: Issued if the return was due to our error or a defective product.
  • PARTIAL REFUND: Applied for customer-initiated returns that do not result from store errors, with price adjustments if applicable.

Exchange Policy:

  • Customers can exchange for the same or a different product. If exchanging for a different product, the customer must pay the price difference.
  • No exchange shipping fee will be applied.

Refund Policy:

  • Refund or Reshipment: Will not be made if the delivery failed due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address provided during checkout. This ensures accurate shipping processes and reduces operational inefficiencies.

Cancellation and Change Request Policy:

  • Cancellation or change requests must be made immediately after receiving your order confirmation email. We may not be able to make changes if your order is already being processed.
  • Changes can only be made if your order is still unfulfilled and not yet under processing.
  • Please double-check your cart and shipping information before finalizing your order to avoid cancellation and return requests. Otherwise, round trip shipping fees and possible customs fees may apply.

Delivery Failure and Exceptions:

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or insufficient shipping address provided during checkout, we cannot process a refund or reshipment for the order. While our return shipping policy generally offers free returns for eligible cases, delivery failures caused by customer-provided address errors are exceptions to this rule.
