- Returns and exchanges are not possible for playback issues occurring on all-in-one budget audio devices or playback devices without tonearm and tracking force adjustment functions. Please use a device that allows tonearm adjustment.
- If the disk center hole is small and does not fit the spindle, you can solve this by enlarging the hole.
- If there are foreign substances on the cartridge needle, it may affect playback, so please remove static and dust before playback.
- The unique playback feel of LP products is not a defect.
- Please check the RPM of the purchased product and play it at the correct RPM on your playback device.
