Damaged and Missing Items, Replacement Process
We do our utmost to ensure that our products are delivered safely. However, there may be instances where items are defective or become damaged during transit.
To prepare for such situations, we recommend that our partners record an unboxing video when opening the shipment. Attaching this video to your email can be very helpful when we need to contact the supplier or shipping company regarding the issue.
Additionally, we record a packing video for every shipment. Once we review both the unboxing and packing videos, we will promptly provide appropriate compensation for the incident.
