(G)I-DLE releases their mini 4th album [I burn], marking the beginning of their official activities. Following the unique performances of ‘Oh my god’ that heated up 2020 and the addictive summer song ‘DUMDi DUMDi’ by (G)I-DLE, this time they attempt a mood reversal with a breakup song that combines Eastern instruments with a cool sensibility.

[I burn] starts with the idea that "breakup is not over until it is completely forgotten" and encapsulates the various emotions felt in the process of regaining happiness after a breakup. It narrates the story of "me," whose heart has been blackened by separation, and concludes with blossoming a bright red flower through the scars.

As clearly felt in the title and lyrics of the title track ‘Hwaa’, (G)I-DLE sings of the pain of love using the metaphor of burning flames and dazzling flowers. The imagery of a bitterly cold snowfield, distant wildfires, and the brilliant flowers that bloom beneath them vividly come to mind. Co-worked by leader Soyeon and composer Pop Time, ‘Hwaa’ impresses with its addictive hook and dramatic emotional shifts in the lyrics.

The album's three visual concepts, faithfully depicting the emotional journey from being scarred by separation to blooming again, once again prove (G)I-DLE as 'concept masters'. The painful breakup likened to the cold winter in ‘Han(寒)’, burning away the pain in ‘Fire(火)’, and finally the ‘Flower(花)’ blooming amidst it all, integrates the album's keywords and story into a visual mood, enhancing the visual pleasure. I like that I can see improvement in my skin. I've been using it for about a month and a half, and I can see subtle effects. I think using it continuously will add more glow! It helps improve the skin barrier and gives an amazing shine. I recommend using it with the Minari duo — it applies even better, haha.

First of all, when you apply it, it gives a glow and doesn't feel dry. Also, it isn't greasy or sticky! I'm using it in my nighttime skincare routine. I use all of ClearDea's products, and they're definitely good — it seems to really help with barrier care, so I'll keep using it.
