'Totally Blue' was first planned around 2017 between 'Convergence and Divergence' (2016) and 'Hello Seoul' (2019), but it took four years to complete. In contrast to the meticulously planned 'Hello Seoul', each song was slowly polished until it naturally overflowed and matured.

Due to the unprecedented tragedy of COVID-19, which we could not have imagined at the time of planning, the blue that we wanted to present as the color of 9 and the Numbers became everyone's color.

In this era where depression, pain, and death are rampant, is it appropriate to sing about sadness? However, we believe that confronting sadness is the beginning of escaping from it, and we want to say that no matter what happens, 'we must not die.'

'Totally Blue' is a feast of sadness in search of hope.
