“A lot has happened. Various emotions have flowed in and out. As I spend a day, a month, a year, I often think that what was right back then may be completely wrong for me now, or vice versa.

I was curious about the changes within me and what would change because of these transformations. The dictionary definition of the word ‘reflection’ is ‘deeply looking back at what one has done’.
Before the album work began in earnest, I made an effort to reflect. While writing and completing songs, I weighed my concerns about my future value on the scale of reflection.
I paid attention not to lean towards either side.
I also tried to look straight at my hellish childhood. The times I concluded were the root of my trauma felt like just passing time.

Thus, nine songs were born.
I hope these friends can stand on their own two feet and meet many people. I would like to share my melancholy, joy, fear, happiness, and all of it with you through these songs.
It must be an album like that.

The album name was also given in that way.
C can mean Car, the garden, Cigarette, or Christmas. I found it quite interesting that the things I like have the common intersection of the letter C.
