'Dreaming Youth Band' Catch The Young's first single [Dream It]

Catch The Young's first single [Dream It] has been released. Through their first mini album and debut album [Catch The Young: Fragments of Youth] and the second mini album [Catch The Young: Fragments of Odyssey] released last April, they have presented a fresh sound that has not been seen in K-Pop, which they themselves named 'YOUTH POP ROCK', along with their own solid message. With this single [Dream It], they aim to show a different color from the previous two albums.

In the last two albums, Catch The Young unfolded stories themed around 'youth' that everyone living in the same era can relate to. In this [Dream It], they depict the youth's journey of realizing their dreams on a new stage called virtual reality.

In this [Dream It], all members still participate in singing, showcasing their capabilities as all-around players. The rhythmic POP-ROCK genre of [Dream It] is brought to life by Jungmo's drumming with a danceable rhythm, Sani's unique bass line that enhances the track, and the lively and trendy guitar sound from Gi-hun, along with Jun-young's delicate yet bouncy synth sounds. The sound continues to evolve until the end of the song, providing music that meets the expectations for 'Catch The Young'.

Additionally, [I Can't Like You], which was included at the request of fans and showcased through the drama 'My Friend's Graduation' starring Park Cheol-min, Kim Jong-hyun, and Jung Ye-in, captures the feelings of unrequited love in a contrasting lively groove medium tempo. The sound development that paints a scene from a youth movie and Nam Hyun's vocals, which convey a strange emotion, faithfully express the atmosphere of the song.

Despite being a rookie group that has not yet completed a year since their debut, Catch The Young has shown an impressive presence on significant stages such as the Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival and Jeonju Ultimate Music Festival this summer, establishing themselves at the center of the scene. Their unique musical talent and dazzling stage manners are gradually expanding their activity radius, and their growth story is highly anticipated.
