① First, wash the inside of your arm or the skin behind your ear with soapy water and gently wipe it with cotton.
② Next, take a small amount of this product and mix it according to the prescribed method to prepare the test solution.
③ Apply the test solution to the cleaned area in a coin-sized amount and let it dry naturally, leaving it for 48 hours. (Keep track of the time).
④ Observe the test area at 30 minutes and 48 hours after applying the test solution. If you notice any skin abnormalities such as rash, redness, itching, blisters, or irritation, do not touch the area and wash it off immediately; do not proceed with dyeing. If you feel any skin abnormalities during the test, even before 48 hours, stop the test immediately, wash off the test solution, and do not dye your hair.
⑤ If no abnormalities occur within 48 hours, proceed with dyeing.
(2) Do not use on eyebrows or eyelashes as it may pose a risk of the dye getting into the eyes. Do not dye any hair other than the scalp.
(3) Do not dye immediately after shaving.
(4) Avoid perming or waving (permanent wave) for one week before and after dyeing.
c) Precautions During Dyeing
(1) Ensure that the dye does not get into your eyes during the dyeing process or while washing your hair. If it does, it may cause severe pain or, in some cases, damage to the eyes (corneal inflammation). If it gets into your eyes, do not rub them; rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water for more than 15 minutes and seek immediate medical attention from an ophthalmologist. Do not use eye drops or any other remedies on your own.
(2) Do not bathe or wet your hair before dyeing.
(3) If you experience any skin abnormalities such as rash, redness, swelling, itching, or strong irritation, or if you feel nausea or vomiting during dyeing, stop dyeing immediately and wash off the dye thoroughly. Leaving it on may worsen the symptoms.
(4) If the dye gets on your skin, wash it off immediately with water. Wear gloves to protect your fingers and nails while dyeing.
(5) Dye in a well-ventilated area.
d) Precautions After Dyeing
(1) If you experience any skin reactions such as rash, redness, itching, or blisters on your head, face, or neck, do not scratch or rub the area and seek immediate medical attention from a dermatologist. Avoid using any medications on your own.
(2) If you feel unwell during or after dyeing, consult a doctor.
e) Storage and Handling Precautions
(1) Do not store mixed dye in a sealed container. The pressure from gases generated by the mixed solution may cause the container to break, which is dangerous. Additionally, the mixed dye may splash and contaminate the surroundings. Any leftover mixed solution is ineffective, so dispose of it immediately.
(2) When disposing of the container, make sure to open the lid.
(3) Store any unmixed solution away from direct sunlight and avoid contact with air in a cool place.
