Shipping Process

The average processing time is 3 to 10 business days. However, it may vary based on stock availability, holidays, and other factors. For orders with multiple items, the processing time will follow the item with the longest time.

Shipping Time

Express shipping typically takes 3 to 10 days. Tracking may take 1-3 days to update after shipment. We use FedEx, UPS, and K-Packet; shipping costs will reflect the selected courier’s rates.

Merge Orders

We offer the option to merge orders into one shipment. If you prefer separate shipments, please leave a note at checkout.

Tracking Orders

All shipped orders will include a tracking number. Tracking to certain countries may only update upon arrival.

Custom Fees

Import duties are the buyer’s responsibility. In case of refusal or return, duties and shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Holiday Shipping

We recommend ordering early for holiday gifts to avoid delays. We are not responsible for delays during holidays.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery and approved before shipment. Items should be in their original condition. No return shipping fee applies, even for customer errors.

Damaged or Missing Merchandise

Contact us within 10 days of delivery with an unboxing video as proof for missing items or damages.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for the same or different products. Price differences must be covered by the customer.

Refund Policy

No refund or reshipment will be provided for failed delivery due to incorrect address. Contact us for corrections.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes must be made immediately after placing the order. Changes are only allowed if the order is unfulfilled.

Asian Size Conversion

Asian sizes tend to run smaller than US or European sizes. Generally, we recommend choosing 1–2 sizes larger than your usual size. However, each product may have its own sizing, so please check the Size Chart on the specific product page.

    Determine if you want a loose or fitted look before measuring. Think about:

    • Is the item designed as oversized, or would you prefer a more fitted style?
    • Choose your size based on these preferences for a better fit.

  2. Measure a Similar Item in Your Wardrobe

    Measuring a similar item you already own can give you a better sense of how the new piece will fit.

    • For example, measure the length of a favorite dress and compare it to the size chart on the product page.

  3. When in Doubt, Size Up

    If you’re between sizes, choosing the larger size gives you more flexibility and reduces the risk of a tight fit.

How to Measure Your Body

  • Bust

    Measure around the fullest part of your bust, placing the tape under your armpits and around your shoulder blades. Keep the tape loose for an accurate measurement.

  • Chest Circumference

    Wrap the tape measure under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and below your bust.

  • Waist

    Measure around your natural waistline, about 1 inch (2.54 cm) above your navel. Exhale and relax for accuracy.

  • Hip

    Measure around the fullest part of your hips, typically about 8 inches (20.32 cm) below your waist.

  • Shoulder Width

    Measure from one shoulder edge to the other. For better accuracy, have someone help you measure across your shoulder seams.

  • Sleeve Length (Arm Length)

    Hold the tape at your wrist, bend your arm to place your hand on your hip, and measure over the elbow to the shoulder bone.

  • Leg Opening

    Lay your favorite pair of pants flat and measure across the bottom cuff. Multiply by two for the leg opening measurement.

  • Thigh

    Wrap the tape measure around the thickest part of your thigh, just below the buttocks.

When you have a preorder item in an order with another item that is already available, your entire order will be held until the preorder item arrives and is in stock. (Items are not sent separately within the same order.)

LUCKY DRAW ITEM

Due to the Lucky Draw printing process, the shipment will be placed after a minimum of 7 business days. You must provide one full unboxing video as proof that any damage on the item was not self-inflicted and occurred during manufacturing. Small spots/dust/scratches on the photo cards cannot be compensated as they are inevitable during the printing process.

SPECIAL GIFT ACCORDING TO PRICE RANGE

When purchased together with other products, a special gift will not be provided. Regardless of discount, the special gift will be provided depending on the subtotal price.
