While H1-KEY's previous albums mainly expressed physical beauty, this album focuses more on inner health. Every track is filled with H1-KEY's unique healthy and positive mindset. The beginning and end of confidence ultimately lie in a healthy mind.

H1-KEY shows a completely new look visually through this mini album. STUDIO L'EXTREME participated as the visual director, and H1-KEY expressed a variety of styles that had not been attempted before within the theme of blooming roses (Rose Blossom). This change is bold yet trendy.

H1-KEY's first mini album is completed as a single work with a cyclical structure. Starting with waking up to the alarm sound of track 1, 'Ring the Alarm', the last track 'Dream Trip' depicts gently falling asleep after finishing a day's work and embarking on a journey in dreams. The album creates a feeling where dreams and reality intertwine, making reality feel like a dream and dreams feel like reality, reflecting H1-KEY's efforts to turn dreams into reality through music.

The album consists of a total of 7 tracks, including 5 new songs and 2 bonus tracks. 'Ring the Alarm' shares a positive vibe that everything will go well today, while the title track 'Rose Blossom' highlights the inner strength to bloom like a rose despite harsh circumstances. 'Crown Jewel' conveys the message that the source of a confident attitude is the effort put in every moment. The album is filled with tracks that pursue H1-KEY's trademark inner strength and health. Additionally, a fan song celebrating the 1st anniversary with M1-KEY, 'You Are My Key (for M1-KEY)', is included, and H1-KEY's debut song 'ATHLETIC GIRL' has been newly recorded with Hwisa's vocals in the 2023 Remaster version.

This album also showcases various collaborations with special artists. The title track 'Rose Blossom' features lyrics by Young K of DAY6, with producer Hong Ji-sang, who has worked on numerous DAY6 hits. 'Dream Trip', which concludes the album, features production by EXY of WJSN, adding brilliance to the album. 'Crown Jewel' features the Thai artist Tachaya, who was the runner-up in The Voice Thailand season 1, attempting a unique collaboration with traditional Korean and Thai instruments. The real session recordings of Daegeum, Gwaenggwari, Ranat, and Jakhe create a new atmosphere that differentiates it from existing K-POP songs.

‘Ring the Alarm’ is a hip-hop based track that opens the album. With the alarm sound, H1-KEY's day begins energetically. From Vox Chop to synthesizers and whistling sounds, the track is full of uniqueness. It shares H1-KEY's signature positive vibe that everything will go well today. After listening to the album all the way through, you will feel a fun mood when you replay track 1.

2. Rose Blossom
‘Rose Blossom’ is the title track of the album and expresses the message that H1-KEY wants to convey most succinctly. It compares the hope and dreams held in a cold and difficult world to a rose, embodying the will to bloom beautifully without wilting or fading. The rhythm combines trap and boom-bap with pop-punk chord lines and analog synths. Young K of DAY6 wrote the lyrics, and producer Hong Ji-sang, who has worked on numerous DAY6 hits, participated in the composition.

3. Crown Jewel (Feat. Tachaya)
‘Crown Jewel’ is a track that attempts an unusual collaboration between traditional Korean and Thai instruments based on the trap genre. Real session recordings of Daegeum, Gwaenggwari, Ranat, and Jakhe express a new sound that differentiates it from existing K-POP songs. The famous Thai artist Tachaya participated in the recording session. The message conveyed is that the most shining thing is not appearance or accessories, but the effort I put in every moment, showcasing H1-KEY's strong rap and vocal abilities.

4. You Are My Key (for M1-KEY)
A fan song celebrating the 1st anniversary with M1-KEY, the key that opened H1-KEY's dreams. All H1-KEY members participated in writing the lyrics, filled with affection for M1-KEY. It recalls the thrilling meeting with M1-KEY and sings about how precious M1-KEY is to H1-KEY. The song features rhythmic guitar melodies, intense synth sounds, and a bouncy yet uplifting rhythm. “I shine because of you. For me, you are my key!”

5. Dream Trip
‘Dream Trip’ is a dancehall-based electronic pop song produced by EXY of WJSN and MAKECAKE36. It depicts the situation of returning home after a tiring day and gradually falling asleep while enjoying sweet personal time. It captures a dreamy and exciting feeling as if traveling in dreams. The song stands out with its clean sound, various vocal effects, and a trendy, fairytale-like melody. The sleep that follows a fulfilling day is sweeter than anything else.

7. ATHLETIC GIRL (2023 Remaster)
‘ATHLETIC GIRL’ is H1-KEY's debut song released exactly one year ago on January 5, 2022, now reborn as a 2023 Remaster version with the addition of Hwisa's vocals. ‘ATHLETIC GIRL’ is a hip-hop track that highlights minimalism and restraint. It combines a strong attack bass with addictive glass synth lines, and various and three-dimensional sounds like flute, blade, and brass create a gorgeous yet futuristic image. In particular, the moment the instruments drop out and the chorus is whispered in a husky, low voice is the killing part of the song. The powerful brass synth and three-dimensional harmonies that follow effectively reveal H1-KEY's healthy and confident image.
