In 2022, TWICE solidified their status as a "global top girl group" with the release of the group's first solo venture, Nayeon's mini album 'IM NAYEON' in June, and the full group's mini album 'BETWEEN 1&2' in August, achieving unprecedented success on the Billboard 200 chart. Both albums marked historic milestones, with 'IM NAYEON' becoming the first K-pop solo artist to enter the top 10 and 'BETWEEN 1&2' setting a record for the most top 10 entries by a K-pop girl group on the Billboard 200.

Ahead of their new album release, TWICE pre-released the English single 'MOONLIGHT SUNRISE' on January 20. The song entered the Billboard Hot 100 chart at #84 on February 4 (local time), marking their second entry into the Hot 100 following their original English single 'The Feels' in October 2021. The title track 'SET ME FREE' carries a progressive message of committing to protect the newfound love that awakens one's true self. Composed by Melanie Fontana and Lindgren, who worked on 'I CAN'T STOP ME', 'CRY FOR ME', and 'SCIENTIST', and written by GALACTIKA *, known for 'Heart Shaker', the song features a groovy bassline, grand strings, and a simple yet powerful sound, capturing the precarious but bold emotions with delicate vocals.

The album effectively showcases TWICE's transformation through trailers, teaser videos, and music videos that are interconnected. The trailer and teasers reveal the members ready to find themselves, shedding all pretenses to enjoy freedom, leading viewers into a cinematic experience of exhilarating liberation right from the start of the music video.

The 'SET ME FREE' music video focuses on TWICE's journey of shedding uncomfortable gazes and relationships to seek change. Feeling constrained, the members gain freedom and confidence in themselves and each other, leading the narrative autonomously by moving across sets without frame restrictions or piecing together films they shot themselves. I like that I can see improvement in my skin. I've been using it for about a month and a half, and I can see subtle effects. I think using it continuously will add more glow! It helps improve the skin barrier and gives an amazing shine. I recommend using it with the Minari duo — it applies even better, haha.

First of all, when you apply it, it gives a glow and doesn't feel dry. Also, it isn't greasy or sticky! I'm using it in my nighttime skincare routine. I use all of ClearDea's products, and they're definitely good — it seems to really help with barrier care, so I'll keep using it.
